Wonderful News

We have just been awarded our 12th “GOLD” David Bellamy Conservation Award. We are so happy to have achieved Gold yet again as we take great pride in looking after the environment here making sure it continues for future generations. We are also praised for our connections to the local community as well, both by our policy to source products from local suppliers as well as promoting the local area for tourism.

This year saw the launch of 5 Habitats in 5 Years, with this first year’s habitat being hedgerows. Well we achieved our Hedgerow badge and those of you who know The Retreat will know just how many hedgerows we have around the Park.
