Retreat’s annual challenge this year in partnership with The David Bellamy Blooming Marvelous Challenge is ‘Home Sweet Home’. Paying homage to this, the garden competition will take on the ‘Home Sweet Home’ theme where we encourage owners to provide a Retreat Hotel for bees and insects.
With the challenge we would also like to encourage the growth of diversity in animals we see on park and looking if we can develop a small hedgehog population through installing hedgehog boxes.
The Garden Competition will take place on Friday 21st June and sign ups can be done via the park office.
